At Santa's Store, we want your holiday apparel to fit perfectly for every scout elf and family member. If your festive fashion isn't quite right, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items with original North Pole tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back to the North Pole.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact to maintain their magical quality.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for the Magic

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
